PRIVACY POLICY & DATA USE AGREEMENT
Figix LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides automated data analytics, reporting dashboards, and API integration services for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and handle your proprietary business data.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information necessary to build and maintain your automated dashboards.
A. Account Information (Clients):
- Business name and contact details.
- Billing information (processed via secure third-party payment processors like Stripe).
B. Integration Data (The “Data Pipeline”): To provide our services, we require access to specific third-party platforms. We collect and process:
- API Credentials: OAuth tokens, Access Tokens, and API Keys for platforms including but not limited to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Stripe.
- Performance Data: Read-only data regarding ad spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROAS.
- Financial Data: Read-only transaction data to calculate net profit (e.g., Stripe revenue totals).
C. What We Do NOT Collect:
- We do not store your end-customers’ credit card numbers.
- We do not sell your proprietary data to third parties.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your data strictly to deliver the “Figix Dashboard” service:
- Visualizing Performance: Aggregating data from multiple sources into a single view.
- Automated Reporting: Sending scheduled updates to your team or stakeholders.
- Anomaly Detection: Monitoring your accounts for unusual spikes in CPA or drops in spend.
- AI Analysis: Using AI models to summarize trends or suggest optimizations based on your data.
3. AI & AUTOMATION DISCLAIMER
Our services utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automated scripts to process data. By using our service, you acknowledge:
- Accuracy: While we strive for 100% accuracy, AI and automated scripts can occasionally produce errors (“hallucinations”) or misinterpret data fields. You verify all critical financial decisions manually.
- No Liability for Ad Spend: Figix LLC provides reporting and alerts. We are not responsible for accidental ad overspend, platform bans, or technical errors caused by third-party algorithms (e.g., a Facebook bug).
4. THIRD-PARTY API RELIANCE
Our service depends on the availability of third-party APIs (e.g., Meta Graph API, Google Ads API).
- Platform Changes: If a third-party platform changes their API, restricts access, or experiences downtime, this may temporarily disrupt your dashboard. We are not liable for downtime caused by these external providers.
- Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your business complies with the Terms of Service of the platforms you connect (e.g., ensuring you have permission to view ads data).
5. DATA SECURITY
We treat your API tokens like cash. We protect your information using:
- Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest where applicable.
- Token Security: API keys are stored in secure environments and are never hard-coded into public scripts.
- Access Control: Only authorized technical staff have access to the backend code managing your data pipelines.
However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. DATA RETENTION & DELETION
- Retention: We retain your API tokens only as long as you are an active customer.
- Termination: Upon cancellation of your subscription, all API connections are severed, and stored tokens are deleted from our systems within 30 days.
